How to enrol at Clontarf Beach State School
Clontarf Beach State School understands enrolling at a school can be an important decision for families. We welcome the opportunity for prospective parents/carers and students to visit our school prior to enrolling to meet staff and tour the grounds. Please contact the school office staff to discuss.
Complete the Enrolment Form and return either via email or bring into the school office Once all documents are completed and sighted, an interview will be booked.
Parents/Carers and child/children (Child's attendance is essential) will meet with CBSS Admin and discuss your child's individual enrolment. Each interview takes approximately 20 minutes. Please bring your child's birth certificate, any legal papers around custody and any relevant medical information.
If you don't have a birth certificate for your child, please view information regarding birth certificates.
You will also need to provide an immunisation history , if you are unsure how to obtain it please view Information regarding immunisation.
