Clontarf Beach State School is located at the very southern end of the Redcliffe Peninsula and enjoys a magnificent beachfront community atmosphere. Our school celebrates the active support of the Parents and Citizens Committee who are critical partners in our school's progress. Parents and carers are invited to be actively involved in our School Community by directly supporting learning programs including Support-A-Reader and being a swimming spotter.
Opportunities often arise for parents to assist during curriculum excursions and as special guests during a breadth of general school events: Parades, Showcase weeks, Grandparents Day, Sporting Carnivals just to name a few.
Our School also hosts a weekly community playgroup, each Monday morning, for children pre-school age. This playgroup is accessed by over forty families and is a wonderful opportunity for parents to enjoy a social outing with friends.
Being part of the local community is essential to our school's continued success and vital for the greatest opportunities for all students helping them to become worthwhile future citizens.
