Clontarf Beach State School is a thriving school community
at the southern-most end of the Redcliffe Peninsula. The school has been an
integral part of this community for 74 years and enjoys strong

Why choose our school
Clontarf Beach State School has a student population of
approximately 490 students from Prep to Year 6. The school’s curriculum is: the
Australian Curriculum in English, Mathematics, Science, History and Social
Sciences and the Queensland Curriculum in The Arts, Languages other than
English (LOTE), Health and Physical Education and Technology. The curriculum
areas of Health and Physical Education, The Arts (Music) and LOTE are delivered
by specialist teachers.
Our purpose is to provide educational experiences for
students which build the lifelong learning skills of: Collaboration,
Creativity, Critical Thinking, Citizenship, Character and Communication.
Our learning environments are enhanced with a range of
digital technology providing the opportunity to deepen, personalise and connect
learning experiences for our students. Our philosophy of inclusion for all
students is reflected in students’ diverse learning needs being met in the
classroom directly supported by their classroom teacher and other key staff
integral to our high quality learning programs.
