Thank you for navigating to our Clontarf Beach State School Website. This school is an amazing school and I am very proud to be the Principal. CBSS is much more than just a school. We have a strong community focus and our aim is to provide an unforgettable learning experience for all of our students at the school. We do this by providing a high quality educational experience for every child in Prep to Year 6. We design personalised learning pathways to suit each and every child
in a safe, supportive, caring and engaging environment. Clontarf Beach draws
students from a range of diverse backgrounds, both socially and
culturally. Our school is proud of the fact that we are part of such a
diverse community and good relationships exist amongst all students within the
school and all groups within the community.
Each year level is provided with specialised support for highly able students as well as those students requiring extra assistance. All teachers and support staff are committed to developing and implementing programs to assist each child, through personal goals and high expectations, to experience academic success.
Through our strong community involvement, we also operate a Playgroup three days per week, on Monday and Wednesday and Friday. Our community involvement is a point of difference for our school and our mission is to ensure that all students see themselves as positive role models in the Clontarf Community.
We value working hand in hand with parents, carers and the
wider community to ensure our students achieve to their potential in all facets
of their education and are well prepared for their future. We encourage you to
become as involved as possible in your child’s education. You are welcome to
